Intro to Critical Thinking/Analysis piece

The article that I picked for my Critical Thinking paper was my last Major Writing Assignment. It was named, "Nuke-clear", and it was a persuassion paper. In this particular essay, we were suppose to find a topic to discuss and then try to bring out a point. I chose to try and persuade in this paper, the total removal of Nuclear Weapons. This was a big subject to pick because its a worldwide topic, rather than picking something about "Why we shouldnt smoke on college campus's," or what not. The most difficult part of this essay is convicing people WHY we shouldnt have nuclear weapons. Other than the obvious-known reasons, some people are not fully aware of the situation and think that we have nuclear weapons for retaliation or defense. So convincing people otherwise would take critical thinking and jaw-dropping facts. I picked this topic because I wanted to write about this a while back but never got the chance. The strongest point of this essay are the facts that surround my argument. Statistics and precise information are of grave importance for a paper like this. The other dilema in this paper is that I needed to find reliable information I could use, for a backbone in this paper. I thought the overall outcome of this essay was fairly good, but you can be the Critic on that one.
